My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was incredibly comfortable, although there was a small issue with the breakfast information not being clear initially. The spacious room with a large bathroom and a lovely furnished interior made up for it. The service was outstanding, with the staff being extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and assisting with luggage. The location was perfect, convenient for both shopping and dining options. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of a la carte items, although it could have been more comprehensive for a 5-star hotel. The facilities were top-notch, providing all that was needed for a cozy and enjoyable stay.
Staying at this historic mansion was a pleasant surprise despite some unexpected room features. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff. The location is convenient for exploring Ragusa, although dining had its ups and downs. Overall, a unique experience worth considering.
The hotel had a very unique and nicely appointed room, full of history and with great storage. However, the room felt a bit overcrowded with unnecessary furniture and drapes that got in the way. It would have been noisy due to road work outside, and for the price paid, we expected better in terms of space and luggage storage.
